First phase was to end work from home. Next is to cut teams to size for consolidations and eliminations. Regardless of how good you think you are targets are set and managers will be hard pressed to cut teams. All BU to be impacted.

The support team (excluding fieldsupport) was axed the other day
and all the positions moved to Romania.

Sometimes they hold you on until the work has been moved but not always.
This is spot on. Speaking as a former employee working on a profitable product. The whole team was RIFd and jobs moved to India.
