Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Greer is screwed!

If the current engineering manager is not sent down the road soon, we all will be out of a job. How are we supposed to operate without engineers. He sure as hell isn't going to pick up the slack get his hands dirty. He probably wouldn't know what to do anyways. He had brought moral to a new all time low. Thanks a lot mk.

Management a Total JOKE - how much you paying for no benefits? And you all stay thinking that things will get better - wait - they just took dental - rumors of MIP being taken - people "de-banded" - the company doesn't care for its employees - i was long time employee that found another position with a great company with incredible benefits - HW is a JOKE - the management team are spineless jellyfish...

If you have not noticed the young -or- youngish Engineers have had the forethought to voluntarily leave. The ones that are wise enough to understand that there is no promise of a future within Honeywell. Additionally, they are not gullible enough to believe the falsehoods prophesized by the current Greer Engineering Leader. If the past can predict the future, which it usually does, we will continue to see our more promising employees, with limited time invested in Honeywell, opt out to companies with a future. The more vested employees, who do not have the luxury of youth, will continue to give their loyalty to Honeywell. In turn Honeywell will not hesitate to show them to the door . . . without so much as a “Thank You”, for years and years of dedicated service.

Thought should be given to what is expressed in written word, on any media, before obliviously posting haughty thoughts (and no "-dad" that is not a misspelling of naughty ) .

I hope the constant and persistent uncertainty ends soon.

Perhaps when the CEO retires in March/April, people can again become as important as the almighty $.

Maybe the criteria for being a "RIF Unit" should be the inability to spell.

Did you not mean morale? Given though, leadership doesn't have any morals.
