Mike Madsen sabotaged Carey Smith. He purposely pushed out higher revenue units, usually commercial, over DPAS rated orders killing Carey's business. ALT did not care because it increase monthly and quarterly revenue with the higher priced commercial items.
Violating DPAS regulations will be blamed on the peons in ISC. Madsen will claim no one told him and they will fine and fire thecpeons.
What took the Chairman and CEO so long to make the decision? After destroying HTSI it is hard to believe a promotion was in order. Time to clean out the debris she brought with her to DS.
Agree with @3pwr. Reading between the lines of the announcement led me to the same conclusion that this is a swift firing. Pursuing outside opportunities is just an amicable way to allow the departed to save face, but we all know the truth!
The Chairman and CEO decided after reviewing the President of D&S recent results that a immediate separation of employee from employer was necessary.
Did she leave or was she forced out?
If he is good they will drive him to failure or force him to take action that''s as close to illegal as possible. He'll get chewed up and spit out, or leave for his own integrity or health.
Many others have been put in that position already this year.
