@KnbMnfi-lfx, you are dead right! @KnbMnfi-dbk is probably one of our insolvent management that got us into this vast debt problem, (let's get real,BDD didn't do it alone) which is making it insurmountable for us to survive, not to mention he has no experience with the lack of experience that SLB has. SLB is only recognized for wireline the rest of the corporation is a joke and the laughing stock of the industry.

Chad Deaton also came from SLB and just look at what he did for Baker. To educate those not familiar with Chad, he made the work environment so bad at Baker almost all their seasoned and experienced personnel to leave. His incentives and corporate work ethic were so bad Baker lost their great reputation, customers went elsewhere, and the stability of the company became so bad that Baker was almost taken over by Halliburton but fell through due to anti-trust regulations. Now they have been acquired by GE.

Great companies acquire, they don't get acquired!

I guess Baker can thank Chad from SLB!
