I have not heard anything on GE buying WFT PP. But for sure they are shutdown Jan 1st. still have a few wells to finish up though before they close the doors in el reno. wish the best for the hands, especially the ones that were just hired back in the last couple of months,
If BDD said so, can we get some sort of citation? I don't see anywhere that backs up what you said.
GE definitely bought WFT PP. BDD said so yesterday.
They don't need it but being nice and bought it plus at a great price. Win win for both. Wft should start being nice and might get somewhere
WFT is ending pressure pumping in US by January, we were all told today. No idea if GE purchased tho

GE just bought Baker Hughes. Why would they need Weatherford's pressure pumping business?
