Headcount down 1326 in Q1 FY17 according to today's announcement.Is it really only 1326 ? Some of the acquisitions I guess might hide the real number here.

Cisco acquired three companies during the quarter also don't forget. Heroik Labs, ContainerX, and CloudLock. The other thing is that LR's are still ongoing with further WARN notices published for November in SJ. Europe LRs take longer so many people already LR'd might still be off-ramping with one month and two month notice periods commonplace. ALL that said, the number sounds extremely small given the first WARN notice in SJ was something like 900. As is often the case with Cisco, something sounds wrong. The numbers don't add up.
Due to regulations in Europ the LR started during Q1, but within most employment contracts there is a noticed period between 2 and 4 months. So these people are still employed by Cisco. I expect a much more headcount less number February/March CY17.
