Why are there so many successful ARs/FCs and ACs leaving South?! Will they finally look at upper management along with management?!

2zwr, this is s-xual harassment and a completely inappropriate way to speak about women under any circumstances. There is a growing movement in this country to change laws and strengthen efforts to identify and prosecute individuals such as yourself. I don't know who you are but hopefully your coworkers do. To them I say document and record all incidences of s-xual harassment and report them to HR. If you are a woman or man being harassed document all incidences, record asking the harasser to stop and if they do not, retain an attorney before approaching the HR department, particularly if the harasser is in a position of power within the company. Do not allow yourself to be harassed, you have support within the legal community and the community at large.

You have a point. He only talks to the cute female employees, male employees that were around during the matrix or male employees he knows he he can control and sneak stuff by. April comes in late and leaves early most days and when she is there she looks half asleep and is out of it like she was up till 5am. She for sure doesn't know anyone's names unless they directly will benefit her position like managers or her old NP team. It is well known on the floor that they are both a joke, but will they ever be held accountable?! I'd love to see those two on the phones nowadays with the strict compliance guidelines.

I couldn't agree more... I'm new to South within the past year n have hit my goals several times but the only time I see Vic is when he is visiting my cute new hires area to make his presence felt... Why should I continue to work hard for this guy?

April doesn't know ur name unless she looks at ur name plate n Vic thinks bc he was a good AR back in 2007 his stuff doesn't stink he won't even talk to his successful employees he is so arrogant.

You apparently haven't been at SUO long enough to see them leave for other brands or the company altogether and even good managers rather take a CAP to just take the buyout than step down to work for them. No names need to be mentioned but the poster below seems to know. The directors turn over staff and management frequently to keep the attention off themselves. Blame the staff rather than take ownership for the sinking ship itself. Constantly the same cycle expecting different results. Sounds like insanity to me.

They've been turning over managers for over a year. Vic and April for whatever reason just can't figure out that just maybe it's them that's causing leadership to constantly turn over.
