Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

Look at your tuition imputed income paper that was sent last week especially if you left at some point this year!

EDMC is charging everyone a full year of imputed income for tuition even if you left during the year. It's up to you to contact the finance counselor at the school to get a form of exactly what classes you completed and used tuition reimbursement to get it changed. I heard it's there way of inflating tuition numbers that come from non government funding.

Good advice! The "answer" I am getting is that there are 2015 vouchers that did not get applied until 2016- due to a delay in posting grades (6 months out- so from summer 2015). Bullcrap! All grades need to be posted within 30 days after the close of class so the next voucher can go through. So the delay due to grades doesn't hold any water. I have heard lots of people having this problem. Just another way to squeeze more money in the form of tax breaks for EDMC- and it bumps our taxes up! Do challenge it. I am.

Looked at mine and it's just fine. Nothing incorrectly stated or wrongfully charged. Sounds like another attempt to get people up in arms.... nice try cam...

Look at all the money you spent on books too. You were charged more than once for e-books.
