LE is an old, tired dude more interested in sailing, his Hawaiian island and his new girlfriend than in sorting out oracle, that's why he hired MH to do the dirty work. Catz is there for the ride to collect $40m plus a year for doing what ?

She should be pissed. LE is letting MH and TK destroy that place. Neither can deliver. I know LE is old, but he needs to come back and right the ship. He can do it. He just needs to make the tough calls. F*ck what Wall Street would think. It has to be done.
