Thanks for the response. So, I assume that HR managers will be gone and replace them with coordinators. My questions, what about the other functions of HR...the admin will be done by the coordinators and AST?? Will HR Services become the go to for associates?? In one store...HR and AST are two different departments.
All HR will be done from am outside resource and with coordinators. Done.
When you say HR will be reinvented, what do you mean??? I assume many layoffs in HR. I can't imagine there will be no HR in the stores?? No more HR managers?? What about corporate HR??
