I know someone who worked for Fiserv and there were talks of layoffs as they send all the work they did to India. They were told that it's not Illegal since Fiserv "owns" the building in India that they send the work to but they don't want their customers, the banks, to know. And they cut peoples hours who weren't part of the cliq there so that the undesirables who end up quitting to find a better paying job that have benefits.

I can confirm. They are outsourcing to India & Phillipines, we have to deal with the incompetent phillipines all day now. The company there is called "Sutherland"
