Useless directors in network. 50% or more are useless. Most just there cause they been there forever and making boku bucks offering no worthwhile information. Most have no network experience. Just from the good ol boys and gals club. Sh--. There is a vp in network or the mothership that has a degree in zoology. Wtf does that bring to the table. Smh. Drain the swamp.

Great question. I'm additon, there is an excess of directors in network. Sadly, most don't have the technical experience to vet planning decisions or to properly direct current network dilemmas. This truly shows how Verizon leadership protects themselves at the cost of the front lines that save their tails time and again. For every 2-3 frontline team member laid off, there is one useless director that could've replaced them....
