What are your top 3 target companies when you leave Cisco?

Most people don't have the luxury of "targeting" or "choosing" an employer. They usually have to apply to as many jobs as possible and accept whatever is offered to them. Employers have all the leverage so they make people jump through hoops just to be considered.
AWS, Arista, Microsoft
Home Depot
If you are an accomplishment motivated innovator with drive anywhere else is better. If you are a status motivated, pretentious, backstabbing weasel with no other skills than the ability to generate slick presentations then Cisco is the perfect place for you.
Juniper or Arista
I left to start my own business in an unrelated field. I'm not making as much money as I used to, and I miss my former co-workers, but I'm so much happier now. Entrepreneurship rocks!

Been in a handful before coming here and always enjoyed the feeling of working hard and making a difference every day. I also enjoyed not having to spend a % of my time self promoting. That is an integral part of your work life here and it is wasted energy. I want to go somewhere where hard work and smarts is recognized and rewarded not who's rear i'm kissing or the breath and wonderment of my PowerPoint deck.
I'll take a pay cut. Startup.

I am thinking Starbucks - I mean it is a shortcut to fame and fortune no? Imagine all those years at University and as a legal junior to become a barista and all you really need to do is get a job st Starbucks.
