The rumors from Kuwait camp are that there is a resolution coming soon. Any truth to that?

"Soon" in the Arab world could mean 5-10 years.
The Saudi Oil Minister visited Kuwait 2 or 3 weeks ago. It has restarted the rumors of activities resuming in the PZ.
