Do you guys need AI guys? I have some new ideas and this clusterf**k place just isn't the place to do it.
They can execute, once they have spec from Qualcomm. No need to innovate. Those going from Qualcomm to Huawei are good at taking spec, and have years of experience in doing so.
Huawei is building a graphics team that can't execute or innovate. Wonder how long until they figure out.
Got offer from camera team with 100% salary raise, 45k joining bonus plus stock benefits. qcom can never match that. happy to have Huawei in SD.
