It has been over a year since Fran rolled out The People Deal. I have seen less and less splash from HR and Fran on how it has made a difference. I also can't for the life of me figure out what it is besides a tagline, an ability for your manager to not have to document anything and a way to get rid of any 'visible' ranking system. All that supported by a crappy tool or two like Team Space.
In retrospect, this seems like nothing more than a thinly veiled method to pull all employee fairness out of the system and deliver that steaming sh1t pile with a marketing term shaped bow on top.
Honestly, what am I missing?
