Things can be better, especially because I hear that we might have job reductions and layoffs in Charlotte.

what about managers in simi valley CA... me and my coworkers are tired to work for uneducated idiots that expect the employees to be einstein and then they go around give pop corn to them real treat.... what a shame. they need to work in mc donald or washing dishes not keeping tab on us enough is enough. those on top dont even have a bachelor degree. go google them most of them dont know what they are doing they are just good at distributing popcorn and ice creams on appreciation days and keep the dollars to themselves
All mangers will be replaced in Charlotte.
