i would also with the use of salesforce.com coming. all the training materials are already posted on the HR portal.
again somebody hinted today that the HRM position will be eliminated and the stores will go to HR coordinator positions. then there will be a somebody to oversee the coordinators. this will save macys a ton of money. i wonder what other corporate hr positions are going be cut??
To ur comment above. hr will be there.remember hr works for macys not you. Macys only package if u r there for 20 years and 50 years old and above=70. U might get 2 wks for every year.
you should update your resume...but wait and see what happens and take a package!!!!!!!1 HR is there?? What are the warning signs???
if you are concerned update your resume and get out before everyone else is in front of you. i know the signs.
