Now that a judge has blocked the Labor Law overtime rule............he said that our fine President (sarcasm) did not have the authority to sign off on this and it has been said it is doubtful that it will move forward.........will the Kmart Asst Managers go back to salary with exempt hours? Something to ponder?

The three assistants at my Kmart store were to remain salaried AFTER January 1st, so whichever side prevails, the status quo remains.
