SOMEONE is mis-informed. Obviously they don't know anything about Houston or it's current struggles.
But, luckily, the fat cat managers will be able to pat themselves on the back, and continue to live in their new delusional office building on Richmond Avenue and "steer the industry". Hopefully not right into bankruptcy.
