I have heard from numerous solid sources that Qualcomm can expect layoffs in the order of few hundred in the MST and Test areas. This I believe is not rumor but fact! Not sure when this will take place!

San Jose Wifi division will be offshored to CSR. That's a proofed solution. It's a losing division and can be absorbed into the UK division - before it gets completely offshored to Taiwan. Taiwan will continue on with all wifi chip develoment.
