We dont even have boxes to ship out our orders! Told to process and hold until boxes come in. This is breaking my heart!

OMs are Operations Managers, your store may not do enough business to have them.
Also this is a FLS position, not an Auto Center position
Who are OM's? Is that who these new zeroes are walking around are? What are they doing? Who is in charge? I am an AACM but so what and often end up as MOD in my Dept. Who the hell knows?LOL All I know is that I can still override prices.
I think the majority of OMs now are called Ops Supervisors when they transitioned most of the ASMs to hourly.
Needless to say they dont know much, probably much of it about the back office systems which are still 20 years old.....overs and shorts/inputting deposits anyone? (old mainframe system)
OMs..... as in operations manager??? LOL!!!! Ours was laid off 2 years ago.
@tlb - I got a chuckle out of your comment about many OMs being "complete idiots." I agree with your assessment and find it baffling when some of these OMs are "promoted" to flagging stores to help turn them around.

This is the funniest thing I have read in a while, put your fake decor trees for the store in the compactor? lol
We have a lot of overpriced Xmas trees that won't sell. Should we just shove them in to the compactor with the boxes that are in there already? Maybe the compactor will shove the fake trees back into their original boxes and then we can tape them up and store them for next year?
