What is this PA position they are going to fill and is that person just a corporate spy from Hoffman?

I highly doubt it's a "spy". Most likely it's just another random person with a random job title in order to help drive metrics. That being said if this is accurate they'll probably be pushing the cheaper "full home plan" or whatever..the one you can put on any appliance even if you didn't buy it recently..and if that's the case it will just be another thing working against commissioned associates working in the other departments. (Which wouldn't really surprise me)
