You see everyone............This OP post is from a very disgruntled manager who's anger is overflowing under the pressure he gets from his bosses. Attack the Union member in a very disparaging way, and in this case way over the top.
But you now all get see into the world that the tech is working in each day to bring service to the customer despite the vindictive and down right nasty managers, who because of their unhappiness they will attack and intimidate their subordinates with threats of suspension and termination...this goes on every day!
It has become an impossible work environment to function in the point of unbearable. The outside technician works in an absolute toxic environment. You see it here in a small way on display from this OP post.
