I'm told to hire any URM or TF if they can do the job, but if I find a great Asian or Indian told to pass on them, same discussion in fiscal about promo to manager and next grade level. It is clear managers care because BK thinks this is important, more than fixing the company or hiring the best.

I wonder, do BK and HR believe a diverse intel == GREAT intel? Therfore as diversity increases and OWG are reduced they will declare victory in the press and give themselves another large raise based on the dramatic improvements made.
