Believe me, HR got rid of everyone who knew anything. They need all the brain power they can get, since they laid off the smart ones..

@iihg , Take it easy on yourself, pal. There's bound to be at least one person in the company who doesn't feel that way about you - LOL!

asvg: leaving Chevron can be a blessing in disguise. Too many A-holes roaming around in this company.

Believe me the only ones left on hr are left. Over paid incompetent employees that screwed good people out of a job. I seen so many good HRBP get laid off and the worst ones remained.

Unless there is more actions coming that the HR folks need to support ... during Alpha, they brought external HR folks ... does this mean there is more significant reorg coming?

The HR people know the illegal layoff actions by the untouchable managers. Chevron is safe paying them to avoid a huge class action lawsuits.

I think the company has decided to include everything in the Spring 2017 PDC in which there will be a consolidation of FE and HES positions in order for a single specialist to work various field regions. The HR positions should be going through a similar consolidation.
