It looks like POTUS45 is working on an execute order to modify the current H1B policy. It's clear to many of us that companies like O are using H1B to recruit low wage workers from third world countries to replace higher wage American workers. It's time we stop these greedy corporations from exploiting this loophole and continue to hurt American workers. I do believe that H1B's are abused. But what is to stop these companies from just offshoring these jobs? How do you put tariffs on software and services when it's delivered over the internet? There are no borders to track what comes in and what goes out.

There is no doubt that the program is abused, that said oracle and other multinationals can send a good chunk of this work offshore, so whole the program has to be reigned it, it will not create that many us based jobs
How to write and where to write?
More than H1B Visa the Optional Practical Training should be scrapped. It allows for companies to recruit International Foreign Students for a good 3 years even without H1B.
