I wasn't surplussed, but most of my area was. They changed us to a 1 ASM store with 9 SFTE, which is insane. Definitely my cue to GTFO. This company is a HOT a-- mess. Their strategic vision for the next few years is borderline insanity.

Did we lose a DOS in North TX?
I was impacted.....no one over 40 was left standing. I'm a lot older than that so I didn't have a chance. No performance issues...loved by my peers, guess just too old to fit into 2020 landscape.
Which DOS? Curiosity is killing me! Lol
The majority of our 22 surplused ASMs were strictly performance related. Some were long tenor, however other were within a year of taking the position. All of which were not thought highly of, and some had discipline issues. Can't speak for all markets, but this one in Central was not all surprising as to who was surplused. It accounted for around 30% of all ASMs in our market. DOSs also surplused
Unofficial estimates from my group are looking like 80% of asm's were surplused. Surprisingly it was majority high tenure/high performers that were surplused while they kept there majority of the lower performers. Any indication on how these choices were made?

22 ASMs affected and surpluses today in my Market. This is 30% of the ASMs. Notice came out as well about DOS surplusing as well. Last day for DOS 2/1. Central Region.
