I was approached by a union organizer and sat through a presentation. I think this is what is needed in our industry now that there is a new management change being implemented in the manufacturing sector. Things are spiraling out of control and marrow is falling like a meteor to earth. I work on my bench and hear others around me planning there escape from this place.

That is the worst idea I've ever read. Hey guys I got a great idea. Let's insert the Democratic Party between us and our employer. We will double down on the laziness that is already extreme and then wonder why we lost our jobs when our employer went bankrupt trying to pay a 200,000 dollar salary to a bunch of lazy people who sat around spitting on the floor all day. Genius! Or you could man up, work for what you want, negotiate with your employer and if that doesn't work take your self to another employer who will give it to you.

I totally agree. And now that Trump in in office they won't be sending our jobs oversea to china and India. Sign me up!
