Workers will be paid up until April 3rd plus severance package after that. Heard that this is just the first round of layoffs and more to come :(

the last comment, "unless your numbers aren't meeting the team expectations" . Well let me tell you something, that magic "number" is always moving. Metrics is now over 10 and i'm sure will keep climbing! I'm tired of not taking a lunch break or any break for that matter and being completely fried at the end of the day.
No more layoffs from the meeting I attended last week. HCM-RNs are safe unless your work is not meeting the expectations of the team.
It appeared in the meeting yesterday that upper management stated morenchanges would or could be coming in future. I'm not taking a chance.
Care plus care management program is going to Puerto Rico, eliminating HCC and PHC and CHE role
Any hcm rn's affected?
What departments or programs in HAH were impacted?
Are RIT (Referral Intake Team) or RS (Referral Specialist) positions going to be affected?
It happened to me today, along with our whole team and manager. Manager didn't know until the call either.
I wonder if the referral specialist will have such a lay off as wel. It is stressful to now know what is really going on.
I know this affected Humana at Home. Anyone have any idea what more layoffs can come?
Why do people think there are more to come? Did someone say that?
600 people affected, effective 4/3. Severance packages available to those who cant secure another position within the company by their last day. Those affected were notified this morning and email went out from management this morning.
Where are you hearing that? From leadership?
