Care Management metrics and expectations are impossible to meet. It seems as if they want people to quit.
I am looking for a job, because I know when this merger happens, employees who are not working 50 hours a week and pissing on themselves will be laid off!
Everything is micromanaged to the tee. Anyone with good common sense will be looking for a job NOW!!!
