8pm and still working over here. Almost a 12 hour day today and still feeling like metrics are unobtainable. we will be used and abused and mark my words, dialer associates will be the next group to go. Once they're done with us cleaning up all these neglected charts, they will be passing charts to roster associates and kicking us out.

I don't think it had anything to do with how hard you performed. From what I hear all HCC positions were eliminated. If your yearly evaluations are great, print them out while you can. That might help you get another job somewhere. If anyone finds out if companies are hiring and are specifically giving us who were laid off priority, will you post it here?
SNP HCC.... and Franke would not offer anything today. And those of us still here he gave the same platitudes. But obviously given your experience being a top performer won't save a person from getting fired. Crazy.
I will welcome the day they let us go, the quantity versus quality has made me completely bitter. Unrealistic metric with complete lack of regard for members best interest
I was a top performer on my team daily, no occurrences and had other duties and still let go without any real explanation. Pathetic. No logic whatsoever
