I am an HCM RN , now we are doing social work along with applying for more licenses.
I did love this job, but not since Frank came in.
I will not work anymore overtime and I work smart to get my calls in.
I am sorry for those who lost their job...

As a SNP HCM RN we were told we can no longer refer to HCM SS as of a week or so ago. We now have to add to our workload locating resources for members. I was told the social workers are getting their own rosters not sure if that is true or not.
Yes we were given direction on SNP dialer to not task HCMSS as they were over utilized and we were directed to utilize the CRD
He destroyed Right Source before being dropped in HAHs lap!

Not task the Hcm ss? Can you say what program you are with? Or why you were told that? We have the warm transfer line and are still able to task them

We are not allowed to task HCM SS anymore
Frank has ruined HAH, it's just gotten so much worse, he should have been the first to go! This could be an amazing job and he's destroyed the entire department!
