Interesting how no one has a comment about this... The store manager is no longer with Lowes, so now the work to handicap our home has stopped.... Is that what the hero project is all about???

Call the store you have been dealing with. We cant help you. We have ALL been affected by this , we all have families to worry about as well.
You should go to the store that is doing the hero's project for you and ask to speak to an ASM if the SM isn't available. Or call corporate and give them the store location Random strangers from across the country can't tell about what's going in an anonymous store. The stores in my state don't even do hero's projects this time of the year.
