I hear that Weatherford in Aberdeen have let go the only guy who knew anything about Fishing. Look out for plenty of Fishing jobs going to Rats sh**...... No experience left onshore to put the jobs together and the kid who runs the division now is going to be too busy keeping his sphincter from convulsing to be of any use to anyone !!!!!

Who is this RM? It's the oil companies that are to blame really. When oil went over a $ 100 did they allow the service companies to share in their profits. No they did not but as soon as the oil price started to fall they are demanding a 20% minimum reduction in rates and that was just for starters. It disgusting the way these Oil Co's treat these service companies. When things start to improve the oil co's will be b--ching because of the lack of equipment and the lack of experience that's available. We have seen this all before, infact it has happened several times over the last 40 years of boom and bust.
Any product line experts left? Sounds like they are cutting all the experts, all the products and going a different route.

Omg that is horrible. I am so sorry he was let go. He was the expert and a great friend. That's just horrible.
All jokes aside, the people in management can't possilbly be that stupid that they can't see that this is a huge problem when so much experience is either leaving or being let go, someone in Mangement has to know why they are causing this mass exodus of talent or just letting it happen, here's your chance, Please explain.
