Elon Musk/Space X sees the Indians as big risk. MUSK is asking congress to restrict US birds on Indian Launches. Indians are basicly providing scheduled shuttle for launch once every quarter and are booked for next two years. Indians really dont care about H1, very short t e rm. The want the whole loaf. Google, MS, IBM, Oracle are really Indian companies based upon work force and location.
