Nobody needs a raise this year. Skip it all together and just retain the employees who do the real work.

Only if you are part of the 'good old boy' group, otherwise maybe 1%. Same in the 80% STI.... Good old boys will get 90% others will get 70 - 74% just the same game they play every year..so don't bother wasting your time wondering.
