There is enough division in the world w/o KMart vs Sears on a layoff/bad news/getting worse by the day (see stock price for ex)
I work for Sears but I appreciate the KMart contributions immensely. TY KMart posters.
And yeah ... KMart did acquire Sears although I think the general public gets it backward.
Stay KMart people! We are on the same path, you are further down it than we are but we can learn from you as to what each step looks like and what to expect. Information coming from the KMart people has been very valuable.
Remember too that despite the name Sears Holdings, it was Kmart that bought Sears and the executives came from that side, not Sears. Not saying that that was a good thing, LOL, but it is why the Kmart side has a stronger grapevine and hears all the news first. Usually someone on this board posts about developments like closings for Kmart and then the Sears people come on and start asking about their side. I do like the Sears people posting here, but to say the boards should be separate is nonsense. Kmart is also more active as they have the most closings, realignments and staff changes.
PHK- Ha, Ha, Ha- if it weren't for the Kmart people posting on this board you would know little of what is going on. Most of us are in management at Kmart and tell it like it is and is going to be. Not to say the Sears people here do not contribute but the Kmart side usually hears things first and our "gossip chain" is more in tune with what is going on and better organized.

We don't all work in stores. Some of us actually work for both Sears and Kmart so it's justified conversations taking place for both
I think we can agree that any information is helpful. But it would be nice if people could clarify which store their comments directly reference. That's all.
I work at Sears corporate and I value our Kmart comments on this board, what happens to one happens to the other and information regarding both formats enriches the discussions on these boards, helps us (Sears and Kmart) as well as aids us all in getting to grips with the insanity of SHC. To the OP, you need to worry a little bit more about other things if knowingly annoying people is what gets you off in life x

Here's the deal. Most of the post on here are from Kmart people and people who work on the Kmart side at corporate like myself. If we weren't here you would have very little. So quit being rude and deal with it. Thanks.
