Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

I have not received my W2 for 2016 wages from Verizon - neither STI or severance pay - anyone know when i should expect to receive ?

I have not received my W2 for 2016 wages from Verizon - neither STI or severance pay - anyone know when i should expect to receive or who to call ?

I got laid off in Dec 31 2015, but we got our bojus in feb 2016, why someone saod we will get another bonus in 2018, i did not understand that. I think we are done getting bonuses. But, i havent received W2, what was the site for former employees so we can print it? Thanks.

You get your bonus. People in 2015 got their bonus. Then you will get a severence. Then in 2018 you will get a prorated bonus based on the terms.

@LIneAur-euf.. the folks RIF'd ( as opposed to "given the boot) in 2015 didn't receive their STI payout until 2016.. it was not booked as income for 2015 so that way it didn't kill them on their 2015 taxes (A nice thing for VZW to do, actually).

Since it was booked as 2016 income , they need a W2 now.

Be kind.. It could be you asking the question one of these days. I hope not, but if it is, you have the info now.

Mine came last week via mail. W2 was for Severance, Vacation, and STI.

Wait I'm confused ... you put 2015 was when you were let go ..

So do we still get STI years later after vz gives is the boot ?

Try to call or email your HR Contact.

I got my exit bonus exactly 4 weeks after I turned in my best device / direct deposit .

Also your tax paperwork might be online
