So I'm new at Humana, can someone tell me if Humana's culture is to mass hire for special projects and then mass fire soon after???

They are using a scalpel technique and in stages (instead of a giant axe which wipes out many at once) in order to stay under radar and avoid big news stories.
WOW!!! Quite sad.... But they hire you as a FT employee not as a "special project employee and when we are done having you work crazy OT hours, we are done with you." Quite cold and not what HUMANa should be about!
I think you may have answered your own question in your post. If you're hired for a special project, and the project is over....
