Just listen to the warning yes teams are being dismantled...mine is..... all of the ones who did not get laid off have all ready been placed on new teams or moved to another department first thing next week. The remaining ones on team are us, the ones who have been laid off. We have not heard of word from anyone about what the laidoff ones will be doing. It's like out hourglass is about to stop!

If I give further details, I give away what team I am on which compromises my identity publically. And sorry, I won't do that. Someone else in the thread already gave accurate examples of the dismantling of teams. And when I said who wouldn't confirm job security, it was an open meeting to HAH employees, so if you weren't listening, that's not my problem.
Any idea which teams are being dismantled or why?
I didn't post initial post, but I do know that some HCCP RN and PHC teams were notified they would be dismantled today. Coaches and COMs have been given notice and teams will be shifted as needed.
What do you mean by dismantling teams? HAH teams? Please provide more informaiton.
I understand the idea of a heads up, but to post that teams were dismantled today? That's a bit more than a heads up/prepare yourself. That post seems a bit more than that. Given that we are all a bit shaky, scared, paranoid and concerned, not just for ourselves, but for everyone impacted, please, if you're giving a message that is factual, please back it up, don't leave it dangling
clearly this is a head's up and little elaboration can happen in the moment and to just prepare and be realistic with yourself and maybe it's time to join together on some other outlet in social media to organize together without Humana eavesdropping. HAH leaders/hr that are secure and are watching this....you are pathetic and disgusting. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of killing myself for their pockets to be rewarded with a termination or layoff. PS, Don't worry about terminations people. Humana cannot give reference about your job performance and/or COMS/Coaches cannot speak to your performance...good or bad!!! HR policy. If they did they would set themselves up for lawsuit so don't fear termination threats, especially knowing we are probably going one way or another. If we stick together knowing we are going down, ensure each other that we will give references to each other and lets take "THEIR METRICS" DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!!!!
