Heard that 13,000 will be reduced by 2019. Anyone else hear this?

I did hear about a 15% headcount reduction by 19 and I work in planning.
LvI..come on. I heard 90k layoffs and move HQ to South Sudan.
Has the sale of the Indonesia assets completed or underway? How much of an impact will that have?
