Eliminating positions with easy software programs.

Metric applications tightened very heavily last quarter of 2016 to near unattainable levels. Many seasoned reps finding themselves on performance issues... by design so employees can be easily fired with out unemployment compensation.

If performance is not an issue, they find other ways...sabotage employees etc. Terrible .

This company earns 40% year over year thanks to the employees...but screws them consistently

Yep, The company does well but still not enough. They give lousy severance packages and you can't be hired back within 2 months or so or you lose the severance money. Plus, people have to wait awhile to get their money. Is that even legal?

40% is not enough. Ranking on Forbes is not enough. You must "do more in 2017" according to Steve-O.
