Really!! How can so many be asking for pay raises and promotions when our organization is so heavily burdened by debt due to pis poor management not to mention the same executives that caused our insolvency aren't taking the same compensation cuts they are asking us to take. In fact they are giving each other significant raises and then saying they are taking the same marginal cuts that all of us are taking but in fact are receiving a net raise.
