There are forced resignations in Oracle's Indian subsidiary, i-flex (Oracle Financial Services), especially the consulting business, Prime Sourcing. Senior management and HR have called folks and threatened them with bad references and targeting through Oracle's machinery, if they don't resign. Of course, people fall in line. No reverence at all.

Any update on how management is mistreating the Indian employees and how the employees are responding/ dealing with it? Let us know. The world is watching. Yes, oracle is trying to troll, just ignore them
At least 40-50 people have been targeted.

Document minutes of meeting with HR and SR Management. Send them email with minutes including threat of bad reference.

Maintain a dairy and start putting in that your job is under threat and you are a depressed. Do this gradually hinting to ending your life.

Take print out of all your previous appraisals and appreciation emails.

Do not resign, let HR and your management call you again.

Document any interaction you have with oracle HR and SR Management as minutes and in your dairy. In 2nd meeting tell them you will not resign.

They will call you 3rd time and then you can drop bombshell saying that you will not resign. You will take all people who have been talking to you in court. You can also say that you are depressed and you feel like ending ur life. Tell them for that you are to blame. You will put all this in ur suicide note names.

Stick to your stand of not resigning.
Get press involved and write to PMO office. You will save your job.

What did they expect? Treatment as if they worked in the USA? They work in India and that's the way third world countries treat their people..
