So many job postings for Bakersfield in the pdc. People are quitting... I wonder why? Maybe because of the abusive work environment...

It's all because of VP needing to leave his mark, GMO's lack of comprehension and Project PM needing something for his pmp. These three are new to sjv and have no clue. While they work to plunder a well functioning business unit, the people who are generating value are being harassed and threatened with the loss of their jobs. What is this company coming to?

I heard SJV profit center was going to merge with Midcon profit center. Lots of synergy with onshore ops. The shale factory is comparable to the steam factory.
SJV is located in the Bakersfield area of California. Very hot and dry during summertime. Not much rain.
Why have 3 Areas? that behave like 3 different countries, I heard the will combine them to one BU one team.
