I saw something the other day.
I was logging into PA dashboard and it looked like someone was redesigning it using a Microsoft word theme.
Like they were rendering it real time to test out their "really cool themes" on their really free budget.
It might have even been an open office document template.
It's pretty sad when a company gets to the point when they won't even buy licenses for their work stations.
I feel poor. Kolab is bad enough.
I think peoe are now waiting to see what these cost saving technologies and systems will be. I doubt they will include improving anything in the stores themselves, or making the check out process faster.
The last public news was the great new restructuring plan. In case anybody hasn't seen it, they plan to optimize the integrated synergies of the distribution and inventory systems using the latest high tech data analytics to achieve more high profit outcomes and save $1b a year. It's possibly the most meaningless piece of corporate drivel I have ever seen.
