If oracle had a competent CEO in charge, TK would be held responsible for results, with these three incaputs in charge anything goes, and the overall results speak for them selves as oracle falls further and further behind
TK is only good at moving the chairs around on the titanic deck. He is constantly firing people and then somehow expecting results.
Have worked with IS outside and inside Oracle, he was too decent to last Oracle.
Hiring freeze in several areas of FMW
Sales team or some other team? Geography?
There is inefficiency that needs attention. TK needs to hear feedback from across org. Colleagues at IDC have complaints too. Top management there not doing much. Don't speak out for their own team.
