Do you guys think they are going to use these new call review standards to cut people?

Just an FYI, managers were asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement. They are under the gun and I feel sorry for them, they love their employees and are fighting for us. The difficult thing is they have to use the scoring as it is and can't give us a break. Months ago they sent out an email stating if you do not say the disclosure WORD FOR WORD, it is grounds for termination. Also, if you don't do the introductions, say the person's name exactly, cite your title and say the disclosure word for word, you will get a zero on the evaluation. So if you say Bill Smith and the name we have is William Smith, that is a zero. If you say 'and' when you should have said 'or', you can be terminated. This is easy to do when you are stressed. Just put a note on the wall and read it word for word, it will help. Some of the clients we call are aware of what is going on. I was shopping the other day, engaged in conversation with stranger, they asked what I did and where I worked. When I told them, I was shocked to learn the word is out on the street what is occurring. They don't want to lose us calling them so they will be patient. Unfortunately what the company is doing is legal. The excuse by the top management is doing their job But so were the Roman soldiers when they pounded the nails. It is sad, sometimes when you wake up, you ask God why he let you wake up. Hang in there everyone, God knows what is in your heart and how much you are hurting. You work over because you love your people and want them to have a good life. Humana might not smile on that but God does and that is what matters.

Right after the call? They are pathetic. Did they do this to you?

Watch your back- they are listening to calls as soon as you end them to review if you answered every survey question just as written. Micromanagement is on high gear to get rid of us.

Reviews will rise to once a week soon. They are nuts. No one with morales and values can continue to work for them with a clear conscious. They mistreat the employees and members.

Scary. The subjectivity of it has been addressed and is a non answered question. Maybe they are using it for that ...I heard they are increasing the reviews from once a quarter to more....maybe that's why?

Of course. It is impossible to meet all of the objectives on a 10 minute call. Low scores will be booted out. The audit is so subjective. Pace, tone, interest, among other things will vary person to person.

Yes. The ACA is dying and will take many insurance companies down with it...
