I think the "family" script was given to them at the meetings. Mine talked about it also. it's the company trying to stab you in the back and then smile at you and say sorry. Why they want all the ex department managers gone is because they know we won't believe sh-- they say.. Keep drinking kool aid. Well I won't f--- them.
I agree that Specialist are next, as they are beginning to move everyone around the store including specialist there will be reason for these positions and another way to cut payroll.
Report back from the mandatory meetings Sunday. We all know you can totally trust everything your store manager is going to feed you. Remember you are family!!!!! LOL
Of course rumors are constantly flying ( at least @ my store ) that the specialist's are next.
